FAQ
Q: What types of knit fabrics do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in circular knitted fabrics including Single Jersey, French Terry, Rib, Interlock, and Pique. Our core focus is on sustainable fibers - Organic Cotton, Bamboo Lyocell, Tencel™, Modal, Recycled Polyester, Recycled Nylon, Hemp, and Linen blends. We also offer custom fiber blends upon request.
Q: Do you offer custom colors or dye-to-match services?
A: Yes. We offer lab dip matching against your Pantone code or physical swatch. Standard color matching takes 5-7 working days. For large-volume orders, we can also do bulk dyeing with a tolerance of Delta E ≤ 1.0.
Q: Can I request fabric samples? How long does it take?
A: Yes, we provide free sample swatches of our stock fabrics (A4 size). Custom samples (your color/fabric specification) may incur a small development fee, which is refundable upon bulk order. Stock samples ship within 24 hours; custom samples typically take 5-7 working days.
Q: What certifications do your fabrics hold?
A: Our fabrics are certified to the highest international standards, including:
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class I for children's products available)
GRS (Global Recycled Standard)
GOTS / OCS (Organic Cotton)
FSC (for wood-based fibers like Lyocell & Modal)
BSCI / SEDEX (Social compliance)
All certificates can be provided upon request and are updated annually.
Q: How do you ensure consistent quality across production batches?
A: Every production batch undergoes our 4-point inspection system before shipping. We also perform in-line quality checks during knitting, dyeing, and finishing. Key parameters tested include:
Weight (GSM) tolerance: ±3%
Width tolerance: ±3%
Colorfastness to washing, light, and rubbing
Dimensional stability (shrinkage) after laundering
Bursting strength and pilling resistance
A detailed test report is available with every bulk shipment
Q: What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?
A: Lead time depends on order size and customization:
Stock fabrics: 15-20 working days
Custom color dyeing: 20-25 working days
Fully custom development: 25-35 working days
Peak season (August-October) may add 5-7 days. We always confirm the exact delivery date when you place the order.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We ship worldwide via:
Sea freight (most cost-effective for bulk orders, 15-35 days depending on destination)
Air freight (faster, 5-10 days, recommended for urgent orders)
Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-7 days, ideal for samples and small quantities)
We can ship FOB, CIF, or DDP terms based on your preference.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: Our standard payment terms are:
30% deposit to confirm the order
70% balance before shipment (or against copy of shipping documents)
For long-term partners, we may offer Net 30 or Net 60 terms after a successful track record.
We accept T/T (wire transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
Q: How do you verify the recycled content in your fabrics?
A: All our recycled fabrics are GRS-certified, which means every step of the supply chain - from the recycling facility to our finished fabric - is independently audited. Each shipment comes with a Transaction Certificate (TC) that traces the recycled content percentage, giving you full confidence to label your products accordingly.
Q: Can you provide technical support such as care labels or fabric performance data?
A: Absolutely. We provide comprehensive technical documentation with every order, including:
Fabric composition and construction details
Care label recommendations (compliant with US, EU, and international standards)
Performance test reports
We treat our B2B buyers as long-term partners - not just one-time customers.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We offer highly flexible MOQs to support brands at every stage - starting from 25 kg per color for trial orders and sampling, scaling up to standard production at 200-300 kg per color, and 500 kg for custom-developed fabrics. With 200+ machines, we can handle both micro-batches and bulk orders seamlessly, and we are always happy to accommodate special requests for startups and new designers.
