Jersey fabrics are most prone to becoming stiff and wrinkled after washing; this garment is pre-shrinked with a shrinkage rate of approximately 3%, has minimal twisting, and won't warp after washing. It boasts a colorfastness rating of at least level 4, meaning dark colors won't fade, and it won't pill after 30 machine washes. Colorfastness to perspiration has been tested separately.
We can process fabrics weighing 140-200gsm. Color matching is done using a spectrometer to measure ΔE. The color difference between the bulk order and the sample is kept within 1.5.
