The base fabric is pre-shrunk to within 4% shrinkage, with minimal twisting to prevent warping of the cut pieces; the fabric surface is uncoated and free of stiffening agents, maintaining its breathability and original shape.

A: No. Digital printing ink penetrates the fibers rather than covering the surface, so the printed fabric remains soft. After rubbing and washing, the difference in feel between the patterned area and the plain fabric is virtually zero. This can be verified by conducting a blind test with sample fabric.
Q: Will the pattern wear off or migrate if it is washed repeatedly?
A: Colorfastness is grade 4. After 30 machine washes, the edges of the pattern will not become blurred or migrate to adjacent fabrics. For contrasting designs with light backgrounds and dark patterns, a friction test will be conducted to confirm that there are no issues before mass production.
