Pre-shrinking and shaping are performed before shipment, with shrinkage, colorfastness, and twist tested batch by batch, ensuring it retains its shape after washing. Every batch is tested for shrinkage, color fastness, twisting and wet strength before it leaves the mill - shrinkage stays within 5%, color fastness at grade 4 or above. A: The two have different raw material sources. Lenzing is an original manufacturer in Austria, providing official authorized hangtags and certification documents, suitable for brands with strict traceability requirements. Domestically produced Tencel fibers are of equally stable quality, but at a lower cost and with more flexible delivery times. We offer both options. When sending samples, you can compare the feel and price; choose according to your positioning and budget.
Q2: Will this fabric shrink or pill after washing?
A: Shrinkage rate, color fastness, twist, and durability are tested batch by batch before leaving the factory. Wet strength is also stable; normal machine washing and tumble drying are fine, and it's not prone to wrinkling or deformation. However, different weights and subsequent processes (such as brushing and washing) will result in different performance. When making samples, we can directly send you samples that have undergone washing tests; seeing is believing.
Q3:Do you offer custom colors or dye-to-match services?
A: Yes. We offer lab dip matching against your Pantone code or physical swatch. Standard color matching takes 5-7 working days. For large-volume orders, we can also do bulk dyeing with a tolerance of Delta E ≤ 1.0.
