Raw material processing involves chemical treatment to remove impurities and lignin from the wood, obtaining pure cellulose. Fiber preparation involves feeding the cellulose solution into fiber-making equipment, where it is formed into fibers through processes such as rotary spraying, spinning, and stretching. Fiber melting involves softening the fibers at high temperatures and then melting them into a molten state using airflow. Finally, the molten fibers are fed into a spinning machine to form yarn, creating the finished product.
Throughout the entire production process, Modal fabric uses renewable fibers as raw materials, resulting in less chemical usage and less environmental pollution. This demonstrates the ecological sustainability advantages of Modal fabric.
